We present the case of a 53-year-old male patient who was admitted to the emergency department with a chest pain episode. The diagnosis of non-ST elevation myocardial infarction was made. Subsequently, during the coronary angiography, a double anterior descending artery with an occlusive lesion in its long branch was observed, which was successfully revascularized.
